History

On 27^th February 2003 I left England to go travelling for a year. My plan was to cross Europe, Russia, Mongolia and China by train and then work my way down to Singapore (by train as much as possible) and then onwards to Australia and New Zealand. Whilst things didn't exactly go according to plan and I had to miss a couple of countries due to the SARS epidemic I returned to the UK in January 2004 with a new and more relaxed attitude to life and with some wonderful memories of the people and places that I had experienced along the way.
